We Handle Everything

1. Pickup

We provide you with free Vault Boxes and tape - included in each service package.

You pack everything up that you want stored over the summer.

We show up to your doorstep and move everything so you don't have to.

2. Storage

We transport everything to our storage facility.

Your items are stored over the summer in a climate-controlled, secure facility. (I trust it so much I keep my items in the same room as everyone else's.)

3. Delivery

We move everything from our storage facility back to campus and deliver your items straight to your door - whether it's a dorm room, apartment, or even off-campus house!

How does it work?

1. You select which items you want us to store over the summer for you.

2. We give you free boxes and packing tape (for any smaller items you can fit in a box).

3. We set up a meeting time near your move out date when we will come to your dorm and move out the items. 

4. We store the items over the summer in a safe, climate controlled environment. 

5. You move in to your new dorm and we deliver your items so you can start the new academic year on the right foot.

FAQs

Are storage supplies included?

Yes! If you want to order a storage box to store your miscellaneous smaller items in, we will deliver boxes and tape to your dorm for free. All you have to do is let us know how many boxes you need. Any boxes you don't use can be returned free of charge.

Box dimensions: 18Lx18Wx16H

Please keep each box to 50lb or under.

Where do you store my items?

All of your items are stored in a secure, climate controlled facility within 40 minutes of the college. We do not give out the specific location of the facility for security reasons since we offer a pickup/delivery service.

Can I store my items for over 4 months?

Of course! We know that some students choose to do study-abroad programs, so if you would like to store your items for more than the 4 month summer timeline, please contact us at support@thevaultstorage.store
